Chamber Retrofits
- Refrigeration retrofits can be offered to comply with current F Gas legislations.
- Most retrofits to comply have already been carried out however in 2020 R404A and numerous other refrigerants will not be permitted into new equipment.
These refrigerants it has been indicated will be available for the service industry until 2030.
Past experience of legislation changes such as this have created a shortage of such refrigerants and a subsequent price increase.
It is recommended that customers take pro-active measures over the next few years and program in such retrofits to control costs and refrigerant availability.
