Service & Maintenance of Environmental Test Chamber

One off general service visits can be provided on systems which covers checking of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and various PC driven control systems.
Refrigeration Systems will be leak checked to comply with F Gas Regulations and the condition of pipework and condensers will be checked together with all pressure switches and thermostats.

Motors and compressors will have all current and meter readings logged. Strength pressure tests can also be carried out to comply with company insurance policies on pressurised systems.

Humidity System Checks (where applicable) will consists of checking sensors, pipe and connecting hoses, all float switches, heaters and cleaning of tanks where applicable.

Electrical Checks covers the checking of terminal connections, motors and heaters for current load. Contactors, relays, safety overloads and MCB`s etc will also be tested.

All readings will be supported with detailed service reports following the service visit together with any recommendations requiring further attention.

    Annual 12/36/48 Month contract agreements can be provided at various levels of service

    Bronze Level Service Contract

    Bronze Level Service Contract:

    This level consists of one Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) Visit / Year at customer convenience. PPM visit will also include an electronic refrigeration leak check which will be electronically registered with A-Gas to comply with current F-Gas regulations.
    Breakdown calls under this agreement will be at an additional charge to the annual payment with priority response time over non contract customers but with no response time stated.

    Spare parts used during maintenance or break down calls will be discounted by 10%

    Online / email / telephone technical support will be available 5 days / week.

    Normal working hours Monday - Friday 07.00 to 17.00.

    NB: F-Gas legislation will change Jan 2017 where two leak checks / year will be compulsory on certain equipment. This is determined by the refrigeration containment within the system.
    Silver Level Service Contract

    Silver Level Service Contract:

    This level consists of one Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) Visit / Year at customer convenience. PPM visit will also include an electronic refrigeration leak check which will be electronically registered with A-Gas to comply with current F-Gas regulations.
    Unlimited breakdown call outs with a response time of 48 hours Monday - Friday, if breakdown is extremely urgent out of hours or weekend response could be arranged depending on engineer availability.

    Spare parts used during maintenance or break down calls will be discounted by 25%

    Online / Email / telephone technical support will be available 7 days / week.

    Normal working hours 07.00 to 17.00 Monday - Friday.

    Gold Level Service Contract

    Gold Level Service Contract:

    This level consists of two Preventative Planned Maintenance Visits / Year (PPM) at customer convenience. Each PPM visits will also include a refrigeration leak check that will be electronically tagged with A-Gas to comply with current F-Gas legislation.
    Unlimited breakdown call outs with a response time of 48 hours Monday - Friday, if breakdown is extremely urgent out of hours will be included and weekend response could be arranged depending on engineer availability.

    Spare parts used during maintenance or break down calls will be discounted by 25%
